EOT Law is the first law firm in the country dedicated to assisting business owners in selling to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). Our affiliate EOT Advisors provides investment banking and financial advisory services for EOTs in all 50 states and internationally. Our aim is to provide a one-stop shop for EOTs. We assist with company structuring, transaction design, legal documentation, valuation, debt financing, capital raising, and fiduciary services, as well as with creditors and the commercial real estate aspect of transactions. We also advise and assist on other forms of employee ownership, including Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), employee-owned cooperatives, and broad-based equity compensation, in addition to broad-based profit and gain sharing.
